The final component of the PSE icon is the iterative cycle that represents The Continuous Improvement Culture.  This is the differentiator when it comes to building and scaling your PS organization.  Through a cycle of:

• measuring data

• analyzing the results

• ideating improvements

• operationalizing the improvements

• rolling out the improvements

• then repeating

the organization has an operational paradigm that drives change.  When every person in your organization thinks in terms of continually improving how they operate, with that constant eye on the value to the client, that is when you move from good to great.
